I feel that the YNO version of Yume 2kki is the closest you can get to the game having a deep meaning. It's such a unique experience to get together with strangers (or friends) and find a cool world

vocaloid <3 my beloved. after a video popped up on my feed explaining what kasune teto was, i kinda went down the rabbit hole (PUN NOT INTENDED, THANK YOU DECO*27) of VOCALOIDs and UTAUloids and i specifically was curious about UTAUloids such as Defoko, who have a completely artificial voice. :D and now miku constantly takes up half of my brain storage. no regrets.

I have NO idea who this person is but this video has been in my watch later for atleast a year.

if its not working for you, then i think i know why.. i downloaded tetos voice bank and on the website it told me to drag and drop the zipped file into utau, then say yes, and then do what is done in the tutoriel and change it to teto.. not sure if this works with other voice banks, but i hope this helps!

I may not know much about Yume Nikki or most of the stuff that's been made from it, but holy sh*t the pixel art in a lot of 2kki is absolutely beautiful, and that's a word I don't use lightly.

I definitely see why people think Yume Nikki is a bit creepy and it does have horror elements, but I also agree that I never found it too scary. I actually find it oddly comforting at times, particularly the snow world and its music. I'm glad fan projects are keeping the concept alive because I always thought Yume Nikki would be a very easy game to give constant updates to as like a side project or even a passion project.

Ah, Yume 2kki was on my to-play list; because it was talked about so much I thought it was an actual sequel with a narrative and not a continuously swelling collage lol. Thanks for the video! Although checking some of those worlds for the atmosphere might be nice, I'm no longer as eager to play it

While Yume 2kki dosent have an overall story, Map authors with their worlds can and its cool when they do that, with patterns and motifs, you can interpret something out of them example is Qxy with their worlds from the Home Within Nowhere route always having this npc girl Shimako and having red creatures all around each world Natl with Florist to Pleasure Street which is like Yume Nikki's SA theory except more explicit Delta_judgement with the weird amount of Shadow and light ladies in their worlds [also chasers] Wataru with their apocalyptic themed worlds from Abandoned factory to Overgrown City When you can tell that your expedition of travelling worlds has the same author you can connect a story sometimes

Tbh, nenderoid factory is located in china, some times I feel people there are secretly selling defects part, or have some stocks of finished nendoroid, though they sell as expensive or more expensive than gsc though, but I really want to collect them.

The fking pre owned geto nendoroid is 40 dollars more expensive on amiami, it feels like the owner knew I want it😭
